Change unhelpful patterns

Clinical Hypnotherapy

You stay in control the whole time. This is clinical work, not stage hypnosis.

Our brains are more changeable than we think. That's neuroplasticity, and it's the whole reason this work is possible: we can gently reshape old, unhelpful patterns and open up the part of us that says, actually, I can change this.

Hypnotherapy helps with a wide range of things, including anxiety, phobias, minor traumas, and habits like smoking or managing weight. I use clinical hypnotherapy, and I'm trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a modern approach that draws on hypnotherapy, neuroscience and cognitive behavioural work.

It works well online too, which matters for anyone who finds it hard to leave the house.

Common questions about hypnotherapy

Will I lose control?

No, the opposite. You have to be willing for hypnosis to work. If part of you doesn't want to do something, you simply won't. You stay in control the whole time.

What can it help with?

Anxiety, phobias, minor trauma, confidence, and habits like smoking or weight, among others.
